The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as listed in the “Deliverables and Payment” section below.
The Designer agrees they will remain the sole provider for the term of this project.
Phase 1: Crafting Brand DNA

Phase 2: Designing the Three (3) Logo Design Options
Search (Gathering information) Hand and Analyze (sketching, vectorizing, typeface, color,) & logo design Presentation. Refinements (up to three (3) rounds of revisions) & finalizing the primary logo, secondary logo, and logo mark.

Phase 3: Designing Collateral Design (3 design options) and Logo Animation
Pattern Design, Business Card Design, Letterhead Design, Envelop Design, FB Cover Photo Design, 3 Social Media Post Templates and one (1) logo animation option.

Phase 4: Final Files Delivery
Final design files (ai, eps, pdf, png) - full colored, black, and white versions. Color codes & typography download link. Final logo animation files (ae, mp4, gif)

Ownership of copyright will only be transferred when Designer receives the Final Payment and the Final Deliverables have been completed. Payments are non-refundable. Client acknowledges that Designer will not work for free on any terms. Designer must be compensated before the project begins.
The Client will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalization and submission.
Furthermore, the Client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed.
Client shall be entitled to three(3) rounds of revisions (for logo, pattern, and animation) - unlimited revision per round. Any additional logo design option/study shall be chargeable at a rate of 5,000 PHP per logo design option/study. Any additional pattern design option shall be chargeable at a rate of 1,000 PHP per pattern design option. Any additional logo animation option shall be chargeable at a rate of 8,000 PHP per logo animation option. Any additional round of revision shall be chargeable at a rate of 2,000 PHP per round of revision.
The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents.
The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential.
However, the Designer will be permitted to display final work on their website, social media profiles or in promotional materials.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice. Upon cancellation of this freelance graphic design contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.
Should the Client choose to cancel this project after the project's completion, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.
By signing below, the Parties agree they have read, understood, and will comply with the terms listed in this freelance graphic design agreement.
