Please note: Completing this form does not automatically mean you will be listed. I have designed these questions to ensure that I only list businesses that truly understand what neuroaffirming means, and that I only recommend services that I believe will be a safe place for neurodivergent individuals to go.

1. 'Neuroaffirming' isn't listed as a tag - the directory is intended for neuroaffirming providers only, so it isn't needed.
2. You can access the full list of tags currently used in the directory here. Feel free to screenshot it and highlight/draw on it and upload it below, or you can list them in the box. If uploading a screenshot, please type 'see screenshot' in the box as it's a required field and you won't be able to submit the form if it's blank.
3. If there's a tag you'd like me to use that isn't in the list - that's fine! Just pop it in the box and I'll add it in. I am trying to keep the tag list as short as possible, which is tricky with so many wonderful different services, so please check if there's an existing tag that works first.
