What to expect

Digital Images

• High-resolution files.
• Minimal photo editing at our production staff's discretion.
• Files e-mailed or sent through file sharing service (Size dependant).
• Order will be processed within 2 business days.

Prints

• On high-quality Ilford Pearl photographic paper.
• Full-colour, unless a black and white version is requested in notes.
• The option to have prints mailed by Canada Post or available for pickup at The Observer office in Elmira.
• Order will be processed within 3 business days.

Story Reprints

• Custom-designed layout of a full article on one page.
• 11x17 print on high-quality Ilford Pearl photographic paper.
• Order will be processed within 5 business days.
